"In the crazy market that was 2021, April found a way to make miracles happen. She is as knowledgeable as she is tenacious, extremely honest and accessible. April makes you feel like you are working with a family member who is just as invested in the outcome as you are and advocates on your behalf like a gangster!!! My husband and I weren’t easy, viewing over 50 houses from late 2020 on, finally closing on our wonderful home in Dec 2021. We are growing by one this year and couldn’t be more excited to be in our home just in time. Thank you April for your patience and for supporting us at every turn!!!"

"Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. April was very professional as well as personal…Also not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. Anytime there was a house we wanted to see April moved fast as houses were flying off the market. "April is amazing. She saw the beauty in our home and was to able to translate that indescribable quality into the marketplace. Other agents did not believe we could list our house for the higher amount. She staged the house and every room told a story that buyers fell in love with.
